The international observatory consists of a panel of stakeholders of different natures: associations, training and education centers, organisations, companies, public administrations, who can collaborate at different levels in the development, dissemination, execution, networking, evaluation, transfer and sustainability and exploitation of the actions of the EDA+ project.
