#ADESOS , aimed at breaking the digital divide for women to the mayor of the town hall and to the representatives of the women’s association of Lardero. Fantastic disposition and collaboration for the pilot training experience. 👉💻💻 Projekt „Zlepšovanie digitálnych zručností seniorov a distribúcia Senior tabletov“ predstavuje unikátny koncept, ktorým Slovensko reaguje na aktuálnu situáciu a dopady pandémie na najzraniteľnejšie skupiny obyvateľstva.
Jeho hlavným cieľom je zlepšiť digitálne zručnosti približne 105.440 seniorom a znevýhodneným osobám vo veku od 65 rokov formou prezenčných a e‑learningových školení.

👉💻💻The project "Improving digital skills of seniors and distribution of senior tablets" is a unique concept, which Slovakia is responding to the current situation and the impact of the pandemic on the most vulnerable groups of the population.
Its main objective is to improve the digital skills of approximately 105,440 seniors and disadvantaged people aged 65 and over through face-to-face and e-learning training.

Dneškem skončil náš krásný kurz 💻Základy práce nejen pro senior(k)y ve Vratimově. Kurz byl realizován v rámci evropského projektu Erasmus+ Easy Digital Access+. Úspěšně jej absolvovalo 11 odvážných, vytrvalých a nesmírně šikovných žen.👩
Velké díky a poklona patří skvělé lektorce Lenka Havrdová a jejímu asistentovi Rudolf Panek.👏
Od účastnic se nám dostalo neobyčejného a nádherného poděkování v podobě krásné básně, květin a ručně vyráběných medailí!🎖️
Všem účastnicím děkujeme za účast a gratulujeme!🤝
Je neuvěřitelné, co všechno se ženy naučily! Na začátku mnohé z nich neuměly ani používat myš, nyní umí posílat 📨 maily, používat sociální sítě, ℹ️ vyhledávat informace, 🛒nakupovat online, používat mapy, skenovat QR kódy, upravovat fotky, používat Google Lens nebo dokonce komunikovat s úřady přes portál občana! Udělaly opravdu obrovský pokrok a mají náš obdiv!
Na oslavě tedy nechyběl ani zasloužený🍾přípitek.
Těšíme se na příště!

We thus celebrate 👩🦰International Womens' Day in the best way - providing women with the important competences they need to make their lives easier. We wish all women alll over the world all the best! 💐🍀🌞

Dnes odstartoval kurz 💻Základy práce s PC (nejen) pro seniory ve Vratimově. Účastníci se v kurzu naučí, jak pracovat v systému Windows, naučí se pracovat s 📧elektronickou poštou a videokonferenčními službami, vyhledávat efektivně informace na 🛜internetu, 🛒nakupovat online a také komunikovat se státní správou prostřednictvím 🧑💼eGovernmentu. Kurz je realizován Rovnovážkou ve spolupráci s Adesos (Španělsko) a @Ceda (Slovensko) v rámci evropského projektu Erasmus+ Easy Digital Access+. Kurz probíhá na Středisko volného času Vratimov a je veden zkušenou, milou a trpělivou lektorkou Lenka Havrdová, jíž ve výuce navíc pomáhají asistentky. Účastnice díky tomu mají zajištěnu maximální možnou péči. Do kurzu nastoupilo 12 žen, vybraných na základě předem stanovených kritérií (věk, počítačové dovednosti, postavení na trhu práce aj.). Zájem o účast byl velký, a proto plánujeme kurz opakovat na podzim letošního roku s tím, že tentokrát bude otevřen i lidem, kteří už základy práce s PC ovládají a chtějí se zdokonalit.

Results of the monitoring project "Digital Literacy in Slovakia", which focuses on key areas of digital literacy of people in pre-retirement and retirement age. 📲💻🖥👴👵 In terms of seniors' adaptation to modern ICT, it is possible to observe a relatively favourable trend - a decrease in the share of those who refuse to adapt and learn to use it. While a decade ago such a figure was as high as 50%, today it is only 23%. On the other hand, among the seniors who learn and adapt, those who find it difficult to learn and adapt still prevail (42%). In contrast, 35% of them have no problems with ICT. The most common digital communication device for seniors is the smartphone- in overall, 63% of respondents use it. Second is a laptop or notebook (43%) and only in third place is the classic push-button mobile phone (37%). On the other hand, a desktop PC is used by 33% and a tablet by only 23% of seniors. On the other hand, a significant proportion of respondents say they have a problem with operating these devices.
